Questions and answers

Before you build a matching profile

Is Bizmetria a government agency?

No. Bizmetria is an independent commercial service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Do you guarantee that my company is eligible?

No. We provide a preliminary, evidence-linked match. Always verify the official solicitation and obtain professional advice when needed.

Do I need to upload licenses or certificates?

No. Select what you hold and its status. You can add a credential we missed without uploading a document.

What happens if no contracts match today?

Your monitoring agent stays active. Daily digests are sent only when there are new matches, and optional weekly summaries can confirm activity even when the result is zero.

Can I change services and coverage areas?

Yes. Update your profile at any time; future matching uses the latest confirmed information.

Where do the opportunities come from?

Fixed plans monitor the complete federal marketplace on SAM.gov and use USASpending award history. Every report links back to its source evidence.

Do you cover state and local bids?

Federal coverage is complete across the fixed plans. State and local portals are available only as Custom sources, built for a specific client and listed as supported only after they are ready.

Is the match score a chance of winning?

No. Internal ranking helps prioritize review. It is not a probability of eligibility, competitiveness, or award.

Does the service write proposals?

No. The service finds opportunities that fit your profile and explains why, linking every conclusion to the published notice. Writing the response stays with you.

Do you cover every state and local portal?

No. Fixed plans cover the complete federal SAM.gov marketplace. A state or local portal is supported only after it is named in a Custom scope and its adapter, access rights, and category rules are ready.

Can the product process patient data?

No. The product is intentionally limited to business and procurement data and prohibits PHI.
