Information we collect
Bizmetria may collect business contact details, company identity, services, coverage, procurement preferences, client-reported credential status, government registration status, subscription details, form source, and technical abuse-prevention identifiers. The service is not designed for patient or protected health information.
How information is used
Information is used to provide company-specific opportunity matching, create private reports, deliver requested notifications, maintain marketing suppression, process subscriptions through payment providers, secure the service, and support customer requests.
Business data boundary
Do not provide patient names, diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers, treatment information, or other protected health information.
Sharing and retention
Bizmetria uses service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, and official-source data processing. Information is retained only while needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, honor suppression requests, or meet legal obligations.
Marketing email
Marketing suppression is separate from essential account, security, and billing messages. Unsubscribe requests do not require sign-in, are recorded immediately, and are honored no later than two days after receipt.

Use the contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion of business information, subject to legal retention requirements.
